Gwen H. Haas, MD, FAAFP, is a well-versed family practitioner who diagnoses and treats patients at Lake Health Physician Group Willowick Primary Care in Willowick, Ohio. She serves as Family Physician and Site Medical Director for CPC+ Willowick Primary Care Lake Health in Willowick, Ohio. Dr. Haas has embraced her current role in 2018.
